Specbox offers free express shipping (1-2 working days) for all orders within Singapore.
We accept returns within 7 days for any reason as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping fees for returns due to personal preference. A $5 return shipping fee will apply and be deducted from your refund once we’ve confirmed the item is in its original condition.
If the return is because of an issue that is our fault, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will provide an exchange at no extra cost.
