Shipping Policy

We want your Specbox eyewear to reach you safely and quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Shipping Coverage

We are based in Singapore and we currently ship within Singapore only. We partner with local logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery across Singapore.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at: support@specbox.sg
  • If your order has not been shipped, we’ll process a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed, so please double-check your details before checkout.

Delivery & Fees

  • We offer Express Delivery via our courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • We offer Free shipping for all orders within Singapore.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost, please email us with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable) at: support@specbox.sg
  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
