Shipping Policy

We want your Specbox eyewear to reach you safely and quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We are based in Singapore and we currently ship within Singapore only. We partner with local logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery across Singapore.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at hello@specbox.sg.
  • If your order has not been shipped, we’ll process a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed, so please double-check your details before checkout.

DELIVERY TIME & METHOD

  • We offer Standard Delivery via our courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

SHIPPING FEES

  • We offer Free shipping for orders above SGD $50.
  • For orders below $50, a standard shipping fee of $2 applies.

LOST, DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please email us at hello@specbox.sg with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable).
  • While we work closely with our delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
