Return & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Specbox. If you need to make a return, please review the following policies:
Change of Mind Returns
Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return for change of mind.
(Example: If your order was delivered on 1 January 2025, you have until 8 January 2025 to submit your request.)
To start a return, email us at support@specbox.sg with:

- Contact Number
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Image of the product in its original, unused condition
- We will respond within 1–2 working days.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and securely packaged.
Please note that for valid change-of-mind returns, a $5 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.
All shipping fees paid for your order are non-refundable. This includes any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. We will notify you promptly regarding the approval status of your return.
Wrong or Defective Item Returns
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for wrong or defective items.
(Example: If your order was delivered on 1 January 2025, you have until 15 January 2025 to submit your request.)
To start a return, email us at support@specbox.sg with:

- Description and image/video showing the wrong or defective item
- We will respond within 1–2 working days.
Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.
After receiving and verifying the return, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Refund Process
For change of mind returns only: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If valid, your refund (minus $5 return shipping fee) will be processed within 2–14 working days to your original payment method.
If the return does not meet our conditions, the item will be shipped back to you. No refund will be provided. We will notify you by email and provide tracking information.
