All Specbox eyewear products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is our promise to you that our frames and lenses are built to last—and if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing issue, we’ve got your back.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on frames and lenses only.
  • Applicable to all eyewear purchased from:
    • Our official website
    • Shopee Specbox store
    • TikTok Shop Specbox store

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. minor scratches, worn-out nose pads)
  • Accidental damage (e.g. drops, sitting on the glasses)
  • Improper use or care
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Accessories (cases, cleaning cloths, screws, screwdriver tools, etc.)

📄 What You Need to Make a Claim:

  • Your order number
  • A copy of the invoice or receipt
  • Date of purchase
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

🔄 What Happens Next:

  • Claims will be reviewed and processed within 2–7 working days.
  • If the issue is covered under warranty:
    • We’ll replace the product with the same model and color, subject to stock availability.
    • If the original item is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar style of equal value.
  • Whether you need to return the item will be decided case-by-case.
