Are your glasses really anti-blue light?
A: Yes! All Specbox anti-blue light glasses feature lenses with UV protection and blue light blocking technology. They are designed to help reduce eye strain — ideal for work, gaming, or extended screen time.
Do you offer prescription lenses?
Not at the moment. Currently, we only offer non-prescription glasses. However, we are working on providing custom prescription lenses in the future — stay tuned for updates.
I really love the frame! Can I add my prescription lenses to it?
Yes, definitely! If you love the frame and want to keep it, you're welcome to bring it to any optical shop to have your prescription lenses fitted. Many of our customers do this. They choose the frame they love from us and get their lenses done separately at a shop of their choice.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 working days. During peak periods like public holidays or sales events, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We’ll do our best to ship your order out promptly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these times
Do you offer self-collection?
We are currently an online-first brand and do not offer self-collection. If we open a retail space, we will announce it on our social media.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Singapore

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We're here to help. If your item arrives damaged, kindly email us at hello@specbox.sg We will review your request, and if it qualifies for a replacement, we will guide you through the return process. For full details on coverage and terms, please refer to our return policy.
Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?
We are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect model selection, or personal preference. We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before placing an order. We appreciate your understanding and support.

Do your glasses come with a warranty?
Yes, all Specbox eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.

How do I make a warranty claim?

I made a mistake in my order. Can I make changes?
