Specbox Affiliate Program — Terms And Conditions

SPECBOX AFFILIATE PROGRAM — TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Version 1.0 — 9 October 2026

Welcome to the Specbox Affiliate Program. These terms are an agreement between you and Monoframes Pte. Ltd. ("Specbox", "we"), a company registered in Singapore. They apply to everyone who joins, whether as a creator affiliate or a community affiliate. By joining, you agree to these terms in full.

1. WHO CAN JOIN
- You must be 18 or older.
- We approve or decline applications at our discretion.
- We may remove any affiliate from the program at any time.

2. PROGRAM TYPES
There are two types of affiliate:
- Creator affiliates: individuals who create content about Specbox for their own audience.
- Community affiliates: clubs, gyms, teams and groups who share Specbox with their members.
Your commission rate and program type are shown in your dashboard.

3. LINKS AND CODES
- You get a unique link. Your link is what tracks your sales and earns your commission.
- You may also be assigned a discount code. When a customer clicks your link, your code is applied automatically at checkout.
- The code on its own does not track sales. If a customer types your code without clicking your link, the order does not earn commission.
- If a customer clicks more than one affiliate's link, the last link clicked counts.
- Only promote the link and code assigned to you.

Where you can share:
- Creator affiliates: your link and code may be used in your own posts, stories, videos and bio.
- Community affiliates: your code must stay within your community's private channels, such as member group chats or member emails. Do not post it publicly online.
- All affiliates: never share codes on coupon, deal, cashback or marketplace websites, forums, or public groups or channels you do not run.

We may deactivate and reissue any code that appears where it should not.

4. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT
- Commission is paid on a customer's first order only. Repeat purchases do not earn commission.
- Commission is a percentage of the order value after discount, excluding shipping and taxes.
- Your commission rate, and any sales targets that raise it, are shown in your dashboard.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
- All orders from one month are paid together by the 21st of the following month. For example, January orders are paid by 21 February.
- This allows time for our 14-day return window to pass. Returned, refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders do not earn commission.
- If an order is returned after commission has been paid, the amount is deducted from your next payment.
- We review orders before payment. Orders may be rejected if you used your own link, or if your link or code was shared in a way that breaks these terms. If we reject an order, we will tell you the reason if you ask.
- Payment is by PayNow in Singapore dollars. You must add valid payment details in your dashboard to be paid.

5. TRACKING
- Link clicks are tracked with cookies for 14 days.
- We cannot track customers who block or clear cookies, and cannot pay commission on those orders.

6. CONTENT AND CLAIMS
- Share your honest experience of the product.
- Do not describe Specbox products as certified, protective or safety eyewear, or say they protect eyes or prevent injury.
- Do not use "shatterproof", "unbreakable" or any "-proof" wording. You may describe the lenses as impact-resistant polycarbonate, as on our product page.
- Do not make medical or eye-health claims.
- Clearly disclose your affiliation when posting publicly, with #affiliate.
- Do not post content that is misleading, offensive or illegal.
- If a post does not follow these terms, we will message you. Please edit or remove it within 48 hours.

7. USE OF YOUR CONTENT
- We may reshare your posts featuring Specbox on our own social channels, with credit to you.
- We will not use your content in paid advertising without a separate agreement with you.

8. NOT ALLOWED
Keep codes where they belong
- No codes or links on coupon, deal or marketplace sites or channels, in comments on Specbox posts or ads, or in captions of Collab posts shared with the Specbox account.
- No paid ads for Specbox, and no bidding on "Specbox" or similar terms in search ads.
- Do not share or sell your code or dashboard login. One account per person.

Keep it honest
- Do not present yourself as a Specbox employee or official representative, or run accounts or websites that look like official Specbox ones.
- Do not make up discounts, prices, guarantees or warranty promises, or make false statements about other brands.
- No spam or unsolicited messages.
- No fraudulent tracking, and no orders placed just to be returned.

If these terms are broken, we may pause your code and hold unpaid commission while we look into it. Commission on orders that broke these terms will not be paid. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from the program.

9. RESPONSIBILITY
- You are responsible for what you post and say about Specbox, including any music, images or clips you use.
- If a post or statement of yours that breaks these terms causes us loss, you agree to cover that loss.
- The most we can owe you under this program is your unpaid commission.

10. CHANGES AND ENDING
- We may change commission rates, sales targets or these terms, or end the program, with 14 days' notice by email.
- Orders placed before a change takes effect keep the old rate. Commissions earned before that date will be paid.
- If you stay in the program after the 14 days, you accept the change. If you would rather not, you can leave at any time and we will pay all commission you have earned.
- You may leave at any time by emailing hello@specbox.sg. Once you leave, please stop using your code and the Specbox name.

11. GENERAL
- You are an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of Specbox.
- You are responsible for your own taxes.
- Your personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute we cannot resolve between us goes to the Singapore courts or Small Claims Tribunals.
