Do you offer prescription lenses?
Not at the moment. Currently, we only offer non-prescription glasses and sunglasses.
Can I add my prescription lenses to it?
Yes, all our frames are compatible with prescription lenses. While we don’t offer prescription lens fitting, you can easily have them added at any optical shop of your choice.
Do your blue light glasses really block blue light?
Yes! All Specbox blue light glasses block blue light and offer UV protection. They're built to reduce eye strain from work, gaming, or long screen time.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Specbox offers Free Express Shipping for all orders within Singapore. Orders are first processed within 1 working day, followed by express delivery taking 1–2 working days.

Do you offer self-collection?
We are currently an online-only brand and do not offer self-collection.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in Singapore and currently ship within Singapore only.
Returns & Exchanges
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide an exchange at no extra cost.

We offer free returns within 7 days for any reason as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Warranty
Do your glasses come with a warranty?
Yes, all Specbox eyewear comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please note that this does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.

How do I make a warranty claim?

I made a mistake in my order. Can I make changes?
