We want your Specbox eyewear to reach you safely and quickly. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Coverage
We are based in Singapore and currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
For Singapore orders, we partner with local logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
For Malaysia and Australia orders, shipments are handled through international courier partners.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods or major sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your delivery details.
Singapore Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping – Delivery within 1–3 business days
Malaysia Shipping
- International Shipping – Delivery Est. 3-7 business days
Australia Shipping
- International Shipping – Delivery Est. 5–20 business days
Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.
For international orders, customs processing may occasionally cause additional delays.
Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Specbox does not cover or collect these charges during checkout.
Order Cancellation & Address Changes
If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at:

- If your order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund.
- Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed, so please double-check your details before checkout.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your parcel is lost, please email us with your order number at:
support@specbox.sg
If tracking information shows that a parcel has been successfully delivered, Specbox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
While we work closely with our delivery partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
