14 Day Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at Specbox. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition.


14-Day Returns (Singapore Orders)

For Singapore orders, we offer free returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for change of mind.

Example: If your order was delivered on 1 January 2025, you have until 15 January 2025 to submit your return request.

To start a return, please email support@specbox.sg with:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 working days with the next steps.

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, securely packaged

All shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

For bundle or promotional purchases, discounts apply only when all items are kept. If part of the order is returned, the remaining item(s) will be charged at their original retail price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Each order is eligible for a one-time return request only. Any subsequent return requests for the same order will not be accepted.

We accept returns for orders within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 1–2 working days with the return address and next steps.

Returned items must be in original condition, unused, securely packaged

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit when returned by the customer.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Email support@specbox.sg with:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Image or video showing the problem
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
  • For confirmed wrong or defective items, we will arrange a replacement after receiving and verifying the returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–14 working days to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to assess all requests on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision at our sole discretion.
