We’re proud to offer extra peace of mind for our Premium Series eyewear. Every pair from this collection is eligible for a one-time free replacement within 1 year of purchase — no stress, no hassle.

🕶️ What’s Covered:

  • If your Premium Series eyewear is damaged for any reason, we’ll replace it — no complicated conditions.
  • Applies strictly to eyewear from our Premium Series (e.g. acetate or titanium frames).

✅ Replacement Terms:

  • You are entitled to 1 free replacement per item, valid within 1 year of purchase.
  • We’ll replace it with the same model and color.
  • If your model is out of stock, we’ll offer a similar style of equal value.
  • This program is in addition to our 1-Year Warranty for manufacturing defects — so you’re protected on two fronts.

📄 How to Request a Replacement:

Please email us at hello@specbox.sg with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Invoice or proof of purchase
  • A clear photo of the damaged eyewear

Return may be required on a case-by-case basis.
